Reverse mirror not working

Reverse mirror not working

noticed today, my mirror doesn't drop all the way down like it used to....i dont remember ever setting it, is it adjustable? This is for wehn your put it into reverse...owners manual never says anything about adjusting the mirror and saving it to memory...

make sure the mirror control is set to the middle and not L(eft) or R(ight)

why would he need to do that....i always keep mine set to the right so that mirror drops down...

Scratch that, Reverse it.

Make sure the switch is NOT in the middle. That is set either Left (for left mirror down on reverse) or Right (for right mirror down).

yeah i know that part....i leave it in the right side....but it used to go down alot further than it does....i can't seem to get it to go down further automaticaly...i have to adjust it lower....i was wondering if it could be adjusted so when i put it in reverse...it goes down to where i want it....

It sounds like a dealer service visit is in the cards-- several members had their exterior mirrors replaced for a similar reason.

sounds good to me...so i take it theres no adjustment to get the mirror to drop to a specific position huh..
