Reset maintenance minder
Reset maintenance minder
My car is an 2007 Acura TL type S which I purchased in Houston. The maintenance minder came on with a B12 alert which when I looked it up was an oil and filter change as well as an air filter and cabin filter change. I completed all of the requirements and followed the instructions in the manual to reset the maintenance minder to the letter.
Is there some sort of trick to the reset?

If you are getting the little "envelope" on the top corner of the nav screen I would take off the neg battery terminal for a few minutes. I done this to reset a message I had stored in mine. ENSURE you have your NAV and radio code! As far as resetting the oil life indicator just hold the reset button on the right side of the steering wheel for about 10secs. More menu's will pop up to reset it.
