Replacing Drivers Door Lock Solenoid

I think the door lock solenoid is going out on my 05 TL. It comes up and go downs half way. Put the key in the door and turn it, all the locks unlock. Dealer told me it's much more that pulling the door panel. You have to move some of the windwom mechanism as well. Has anyone replaced this solenoid before? How hard is to pull the panel? Are the clips reusable or should I get new ones from the dealer?

Haha, my driver door lock actuator is going too.

It's like 30 dollars to replace.
