Im a new tl driver, 2004 mt with navi and triple piston brake.

its a used one at 67k miles and I am also a new manual driver. I notice that there are occasional griding only on second gear and I feel that I've messed up the clutch. At times I can't find second when I down shift..... so I think I might have beaten up my baby a lil>!

I don't know what kind of AFTER market clutch I can look for and specifically where.

What stage? Whatever that means. As u see Im new and need of a little guidance.
