When I replace the APP sensor do you have to remove the throttle cable or can it be removed without messing with the throttle cable. If you have to remove the throttle cable how do you do it and make sure it is put back at the right tightness?

3G TL's are drive by wire, it doesn't have a throttle cable.

 

The instructions state to remove the throttle cable but if you refer to it as a drive by wire the question would still be do you have to remove it when installing a new APP sensor?
