Remove door striker cover?

Remove door striker cover?
2008 TL Driver's door wont close properly. We think the striker needs adjustment. How do you remove the cover so it can be adjusted? Thanks for any help!

have you tried a flat head screw driver and just prying?

I just tried that. I appears to be one piece so am afraid the pillar panel behind it has to come off.

Looks like it just pops off. I'd go after it with multiple trim removal tools at once.
