Rear brake rotor making noise

I've got this weird noise coming from the right rear rotor whenever I'm on the brakes. It's not the usual brake pad squeel. It's a lower pitched sound, like the rotor itself is resonating. Anyone who has heard noisy disk brakes on a mountain bike knows this sound well.

Pads look practically new. I may check the lugs for tightness but I would likely have other issues if they were loose. This sound started shortly after the RSB install. Maybe it's the urethane bushing transferring normal brake noise into the cabin?? Anyone else experience or not experience this with a new RSB install?

sounds like it's associated with the RSB.. strange.. any difference in braking performance? I'd sure like to know what this ends up being. Parking brake?

I had the brakes changed and a couple days later one of the shims was slightliy loose and was making an almost grinding noise. It was coming from the right rear only. Had it fixed and no noise since.
