Random codes out of nowhere

So I was driving today to work when I stopped for gas (7 eleven gas station) and after I fill up few miles down my CEL came on (I use 93)... after work I stopped at advance auto to get the codes scanned... there was 25 codes... WTF!!!... multiple showed up more than once.. but they seem to all be spark plug related

The car drives perfectly normal, no stuttering or anything... ive gotten a CEL once and it went away, however this one came up today and sometimes flashes... didn't like that lol...

I'm sure this is unnecessary advice, but check your plugs. The 3G TL has a history of spitting out one of the plugs (5 maybe I can't remember,) so make sure they are all tightened up. I wonder if having a loose plug would trip a code?

In my 6th gen Accord, I used to have weird codes too and it had to do with a faulty alternator. Weird electrical spikes = electronics having no clue how to react. Check your grounds and have your battery/alternator checked?

Clear the codes and see if it comes back on again; 25 codes at once seems strange to me and you should know better than to post a problem on the general section

P0219 Acura Engine Overspeed Condition
Possible causes
- Wheel slippage (water, ice, mud, and snow)
- Excessive engine RPM in NEUTRAL Acura or operated in the wrong transmission gear
- Engine over-rev condition
- Faulty Crankshaft position sensor
Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
P0219 Acura Description
Indicates the vehicle has been operated in a manner which caused the engine speed to exceed a calibrated limit. The engine RPM is continuously monitored and evaluated by the PCM. The DTC is set when the RPM exceeds the calibrated limit set within the PCM. For additional information on the engine RPM limiter, refer to Section 1, Electronic Engine Control (EC) System Powertrain Control Software.

Check your neg/pos battery terminal cables

Could also be the crankshaft sensor. Those things are extremely fragile and can jolt to the point of breaking contact!

I think you should delete the codes and see if it comes back again. Scan regardless if it does or doesn't. If so, check your CPS. How old is your battery anyway?

If its it should have the Acura sticker on it, but I doubt its your battery. If you can post all the codes you got.

It's possible that some of those are old codes that were never cleared and some of them are new codes.

I'm pretty sure the over rev is totally legitimate and it's likely the previous owner did it. You may or may not be sitting on a time bomb... which because of a previous over rev threw some mis-fire codes again today.

Faulty crankshaft sensor (which are notorious for going bad) can cause misfire codes I believe.

This is the code I posted above
P0219

These are random misfire codes
P0300
P0301
P0302
P0304
P0305
P0306

CPS is probably faulty. Also, have you clean out your EGR?

I agree, a faulty CPS could cause all of those codes, but with a 6MT my bet is: over rev...

AFAIK, CPS failure on the 3G is extremely rare... I don't remember reading about any CPS failures on this forum (yes, maybe a few ruined by DIYers, but no spontaneous failures IIRC).
