I recently had a new set of custom headlights installed in my '08 TL, and they needed some adjustment/leveling after the installation, which is normal, but when I popped the hood to get to the 10mm bolt that levels the headlights up and down, one of the bolts just kept spinning and spinning, and was having very little impact on the beam (it was the driver side I was trying to adjust).

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, any advice on what to do? My dealer wants $60 to adjust them (of course they do), seems silly to pay a guy $60 to turn a 10mm, but I couldn't get it to raise up.
