So I cleared out my headlights and switched to V-LEDz, 36 led amber turn signals. My driver side works perfect as it should, however my passenger side does not blink when I lock my car, and will not light up when I put my running lights on, however blinks fine with my blinkers and hazards. I did notice that one of the led panels does not light, I was thinking it might be a voltage issue. Either way it is strange, has anyone come across this, any ideas?

I have searched and have found nothing like it.
