Ordered smoked light kit, received the invoice thru regular mail, yet still haven't received the kit thru PRIORITY mail. He won't return phone calls, or give tracking numbers to track the order. He states Priority mail averages 2-3 days, my order has been 5 days. How does snail mail arrive before PRIORITY snail mail? Anybody in the USPS help me?

In all fairness to Chad, he found out Wednesday the kits were on backorder. They came in Wednesday and he sent them out. I received the kit today! Now I just have to see when my work can make a bay available for me to install. Thanks Chad!
