Power Windows Dead

Hello, I have problem with a 2008 TL. A few weeks ago all windows stopped working except the driver's.

No clicks or noises when using the window buttons from the driver's seat, or any other seat.

The dim green lights under the actual window buttons are all out (again, except for the driver's window button).

Happened right after that 2 FT+ snowstorm on the east coast. Because of the wind I actually had to clean out snow packed up into the engine bay. I suspect some of it melted and messed up something in the electrical system when I first started it up and let it idle.

Checked all power window fuses and they were fine.

Any ideas what I'm looking at, issue-wise or cost-wise?

Thanks
