Power steering leaks

High pressure line is leaking I looked under there but it seems a big pain to get to. I was able to replace the minivan's line myself but this one is beyond me. Anyone else done it without lowering the frame? Also rack is leaking after 276K. I'm filling with Honda Power Steering fluid it there a cheaper generic brand I can use for now? I've heard good news with Stop leak. should I put that in it?

No, don't use stop leak.
Cheap fluid is available at parts stores. Just buy the stuff specifically meant for Honda power steering systems.

The hard-line on top of the sub-frame, that runs underneath the crank pulley?

Yes I just replaced that line 2 months ago without dropping the sub-frame. I had to SLIGHTTLYYYYY bend the line to snake it over the axle hump, then bend it back as close to original as possible to get it to line up. Fortunately on both ends it connects to a soft line so it doesn't need to be exact. Just try your hardest not to kink the line when your bending it.
But yes, I chose to do it this way because mine started leaking after I did my entire clutch job where I needed to drop the subframe, and I was trying as hard as possible not to do that again.

This is the high pressure line that runs from the top of the pump over the back of the engine. I can't see then end which does in the rack.

My Honda Minivans rack leaked daily and in the end I bit the bullet and had the rack changed. If the TL's rack gets to this stage and needs replacing, can't I get some more mileage out of it but putting this stuff in it?

It most likely won't help and might hurt other seals (hoses, power steering pump). I really hate all of those fix-a-fluids, whether it's a tire repair or liquid head gasket, either tire sensor stops working or heater core is plugged up.

You take a 10MM wrench under the belt and just keep turning slowly. Its very small amount of room.
You can do it without taking off the engine mount. If you're replacing the O-Rings then go ahead and try it. If you keep having the leak replace the pump.
