Possible Clockspring problem

Hey guys and gals I'm new to the AcuraZine, not new to forums. I just purchased a 05 Silver 6spd TL. Airbag light is on and none of the steering wheel controls work.

What fuse would this be on? or is it safe to say its a clockspring?

Anyone have to replace one? Does Acura cover this due to the Airbag not working(seems very unsafe to me)?

Any help is appreciated. other than this problem, the car is awesome! Im the second owner and got a smoking deal that I couldn't pass up!

for anyone looking for help. it only spins so many ways one way, so make your tires are straight and put the steering wheel on straight and spin the clockspring halfway. its not too difficult
