Possible Bad Tank of Gas?
So I had a bit of trouble yesterday. I went to the auto parts store and when I started my car to leave it had a terrible idle. RPM's were around 500 or less. Basically felt like a manual trans car ready to stall when letting the clutch out without giving the car enough gas. Upon acceleration the car would sputter a great deal and then drive normal once moving. I tried turning the car off and on with no avail either. I decided to drive my car to Acura and let them try and diagnose the problem. About half way there the car was driving normal again, and had no rough idle when sitting at red lights, figures right? By the time I got to the dealership it was 6:06pm and all the techs bolted already, of course, so I couldn't show them the video I took of the exhaust. So maybe when they start the car today it will be having the same symptoms. The exhaust also had a very funny smell. Kind of like a rotten egg smell, but not that harsh. I go to the same gas station all the time right up the street from my house as well and have been going there since I've owned the car, so it's not like I have been using different stations so if it is bad gas at least I know who to contact. My car also has 60k miles, so maybe that will rule out other parts failing already.
Just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience or might have some knowledge on the subject.
Here is a video of what the exhaust sounded like at idle:

if i had to guess, from your symptoms and the video you posted, it sounds like a bad EGR valve.
usually, these just get clogged/gunked up from time to time so i would remove it and clean it out with some brake fluid cleaner and bristle brush then replace it and see if it helps.
it's located at the bottom right hand side of your engine block.
