Hey guys I have an 08 TLS and want to run a 245/35/R20 tire size (hankook ventus v12) on a 20x8.5 inch wheel with a +35mm offset (niche milan with dark tint clear coat).

In order for this to work without any rubbing issues, do I have to roll all 4 fenders or just the rear fenders? I believe you just have to roll the rear fenders but I am not 100% sure with the +35mm offset on my wheels.

Also once I have rolled the fenders, will I be able to lower my car without any issues if I decide to do so in the near future?

You have 4 threads in the wheels/tire/suspension section (one is lock). Stop posting the same thread over and over. This is for problems and fixes section ONLY
