Pigeon Sound?

Hi guys,

Hoping for some assistance. When my TL-S is above 40mph, I start hearing a noise from the right side of the car. I can't tell where its coming from, I'm like 70% sure its the front passenger side but 30% of the time, it feels like it might be mid to rear passenger side.
I can't describe the sound. It sounds kinda like a....pigeon or dove cooing sound. I've uploaded a video of my attempt to capture the sound. It sounds a bit different from the video, in person, it has a lower pitch sound but its as accurate as I can get it.
I would guess is suspension related, wheel bearing, bushing?

This also have me worried as I always see TL with their front wheels broken off. With that said, I'm still bringing in to the shop to fix whatever issue this is but while at it, I'm thinking I just completely redo the entire suspension that is commonly a problem.

The general consensus seems to be the lower ball joint tends to go back. Is there anything else? I'm just going to buy new parts for common suspension problem in the 3G and just have my mechanic replace everything so I don't have to worry about the wheel coming off on the highway...

Swap the front wheel to the back, it sounds like a badly balanced wheel. Do you feel vibrations while driving?

Mm.... no, turning does not affect the sound, only increasing and decreasing speed.

That could be it too. Umm, my suspension is pretty harsh so there is always some vibration, Chicago roads are pretty bad. But now that you mentioned it, last oil change I did a wheel rotation, I just don't recall if the issue appeared existed prior to the rotation.
