Pesky bugs

I'm a frequent highway driver and I was wondering what yall use to help remove bugs from the front bumper? What's the best thing to do to make it clean without damaging anything

i would try and avoid using a pressure washer for anything. goo gone will work, but for the ultimate in taking gunky sticky crap off of any car put on some turtle wax bug and tar remover and heat it up with a hairdryer. use your finger (not your fingernail) and it'll ooze right off.

I always use Zaino Z-6 spray after driving to remove bugs and dirt. If you use it before the dust "sets" on the paint, and the bugs dry out...it will remove everything leaving a smooth "Just waxed feel" to the paint without swirl marks. That stuff is GREAT!! Don't waste your money on Z-8....it's not that much better and costs lots more money.

Try soaking a terry cloth towel in hot water and laying it over the bugs for a little while. The soaked towel will re-hydrate and soften the bugs, and most if not all can be simply sprayed off with a hose.

Just be sure your car is in the shade when you try this, so as not to water spot the cars finish.
