PCM and ECU

I have an '05 TL and I got my PCM upgraded by JET performance parts. Would adding an upgraded ecu be possible? Also would it be worth it?

What did they say this PCM upgrade would do? I have never heard of any performance enhancing chips for the TL. Look thru the performance parts section to see what we are doing to make additional power.

your powertain control module (pcm) and your engine control module (ecu) are the same thing.
