Passenger side under dash cover

I'm trying to remove the under dash cover on the passenger side. I was able to remove the drivers side by pulling and it just clips in. But on the passenger side I'm pulling hard and nothing is giving along the front. The back I'm able to pull down but the front won't budge. Is it screw in somewhere? Is it just clips and I need to pull harder? Does anyone have a diagram showing the clip points or screws? I'm doing this to remove the LED covers off the foot lights to make them brighter. Got the one off the drivers side, just can't get to the passenger side one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks....

pull the front down, and then pull the panel towards the back of the car. Both should have long 1.5 inch tabs on them that slide into the dash of the car at the back.

Are you sure? That sounds exactly like the drivers side. I cannot get the front to budge on the passenger side.
