passenger door problem?!

my gf has a 2004 TL and whenever she goes to lock her car it doesnt lock and the window doesnt roll down anymore

how can we fix that?

no accidents.

it was working and then it stopped out of no where.

any help would be nice.

any DIY on how to take about the front passenger door???
