woundering if any of u could help find a solution to this code?? or if anybody else had issuses with this code on a 04 base??? ok here is what iv done to the car so far changed the map sensor, canister purge valve, and changed the intake valve hose!! the hose was pritty beat up!! thought that was giving out the code but i changed it and cleared the code and in less then 10 miles the code came back....???

if anybody else is in the metro atlanta area know of a good shop that i can take it to go get a full tune up and get this check out if it comes to that please let me know!!!! Thank you!!! the only shop that i found form the search is alan cox automotive.. anybody got feedback on this shop!!!!

yeah how did you fix it...my car's shooting off the p2279 code and i changed out the hose leading from the air box to the throttle body, new egr valve & gasket, changed the throttle body gasket and checked all my hoses...still getting this code and it is driving me nuts having to reset it like 2-3 times a day!
