I’ve got a P2251 code, but my bank 1 sensor 1 heater circuit is working just fine. (5 ohms of resistance). Is there anything else I should check, or should I just go ahead and replace the sensor anyway? Any advice is much appreciated!

If it is original to the car (whatever year you have?) & has over 100K miles on it, I'd replace it.
