P0159

Can someone explain to me why it is that I'm having so many issues with the rear o2 sensor, but none with the fronts...? Yes I do have pre-cat deletes. Does that mean o2 sensors are more likely to go? The elbow that Richie hands out was working up until this point; it's been almost a year with any cel. I've had this one for about a month. P0159, Bank 2, Sensor 2 - I'm assuming rear cat, sensor near the bottom? Anyone know a way to diagnose if it's bad or just in need of an adjustment (can you clean an o2 sensor)?

Oh and yes, I've reset the car previously - codes comes back on 3 times.

Help?

Thanks!

Will do. But you don't have a solution for me inaccurate? You always have an answer to everything...I'm a little disappointed haha

Good one

I have nothing insightful except... if it was me, I would just go ahead a purchase a new O2 sensor to see if that fixes it.

The sensors are not adjustable or cleanable.

Hopefully, throwing some $$ at it will help.

Oh by the way, with these types of sensors, is there really a difference when going aftermarket? O'Reilly's has one for like...50 bucks. OEM costs around triple, I think?
