Oooops - Dropped it on the engine

While replacing the Exhaust purge valve, I dropped my 1/4” ratchet, which of course may have gone into a wormhole to an alternate universe. Using a flashlight and a flex camera I was of course unable to find it.

I don’t have a lift and I refuse to get under a jacked up vehicle unless absolutely required.

Any reasonable suggestions? Of course it did not fall through to the ground at the time, but it may have come out while driving.

Thanks
