Oh cool, something else went wrong..
I searched but no one ever mentioned a scenario like mine.
My key fob will unlock and open the trunk, but it won't lock the car. BUT, this is where it's different from what I saw when I searched;
the car will lock if I push down all the door locks manually. i.e. - get out of the car, open each door, push each lock down. 1 by 1.
Also, the lock/unlock switch on the driver's side will unlock the car but won't lock it. What gives?
Thanks in advance guys.
P.S. - I've had this car for 12,000+ miles now (2nd owner) and I've had quite a few issues. Not until recently however did it get out of the hand.
. I really hope the pace and frequency of problems slows down or I will be stepping out of my 3G and into something else.

try checking your battery. in both the car and the key fob.
your door lock actuators might be going bad, and or there are loose connections some where behind the door panel.
and its no reason to threaten to step into something else.
you have 111k miles, little things are expected to go out.
Jump into something else with as high mileage, and you'll be wishing you had the acura back.
Edit*
LOL kinda ironic that you gave this advice...
