I just swapped the transmission now when I try to start the car it makes this sound in the video. I have a brand new starter and tried different batteries both charged. I hear clicking sound from the interior fuse box along with that buzzing. I’m pretty sure I have all the grounds connected if someone has a diagram or know all the spots so I can check them that would be appreciated. Seen another thread that problem sounded similar and I believe they come to a conclusion of relay could anyone confirm?

 

Update I think it’s the ignition switch after more research

Yea so this is pretty late but it was a combination of my transmission ground not having a good connection and the ignition switch
