On the transmission oil pan I think. Looks like it's leaking something.

 

If the rear main (engine) or front trans seal leaks it will come out at that cover. It doesn't look like anything to worry about, no drips or anything. You can check the engine oil level and the trans level but they would have to be extremely overfilled to cause any leakage.
