hey guys,

i hear this weird noise when locking my doors, its not the beep that you usually hear after locking twice, its like a chirping noise and it only happens when i lock my doors. anyone else have this problem? i noticed it more when it got colder out

 

when its super cold out my lock actuators make some weird sounds. but they go away when its warmer

 

yeah i think thats what it is. when i hit unlock and lock while in the car i notice it comes right next to do locks of the door. I'm wondering that has any effect on my remote start which is also having problems...

 

My front actuators were replaced under warranty for that noise. Then, shortly after warranty expired the rears started making the noise. It's intermittent so I haven't bothered replacing them. I had the noise happen with the trunk popping actuator once...very weird.
