I hear a clicking noise when I turn on my headlights. When they are off there is no noise. Anyone with some insight? Thanks.

 

could be wrong but i think its normal. Sometimes i hear my headlights like warm up.

If you are talking about like a metal sounding clunk noise from low to high beams this is normal its the like (for lack of a better word) face plate thing moving

 

Yeah I'm guessing its because of the cold weather.

When I turn on the headlights it's constant ticking. When they are off no ticking. Hope that helps?

How loud is the ticking?
can it be heard from the drivers seat with the windows up?

No you can hear it only from outside. Something to due with the cold weather. I'm hoping its not that serious.

 

I hear noise as well but I think it's there when it's cold. I usually just ignore it.
