Noise near engine from cold start

I own an automatic 2004 TL with 44,000 miles. When I start my car up when its 50-70 degrees outside my car makes a loud grinding/rattling noise from the front behind the right headlamp. When I turn my steering wheel regardless if the car is in motion or not I can hear the steering wheel fuel pump make a loud motorizing sound like its struggling to pump the fluid. When the car warms up both loud noises ceases. I feel that the car should'nt make those loud noise since this is the first time hearing it. I've taken it to the dealership and they werent able to pinpoint the noise, since it wasnt cold in the afternoon.

Does anyone else have this same issue? My warranty is almost over and I feel like the dealship doesnt want to fix it. I want this taken care of before warranty expires if that means I must go to a different dealership.

Thanks

Low on power steering fluid?
If that's it, look for leaks, have them fix those.
If you have a documented history of a problem before the warranty runs out, it might help after the warranty runs out.

Well my service advisor called me and said that they will replace my steering wheel pump and lines. I knew that needed to be replaced. I had the pump replaced and a couple of other things replaced under warranty. I will get my car back Monday.
