I have been hearing a steady almost slight chip type noise from under the hood. It seems to be coming from either the belt area or the engine itself. The noise stays steady, never getting louder or softer when the engine is idling or while driving. I haven't had to time to really investigate it yet. Car is almost at 93K. Could it be valves? I thought if it was a pulley/tensioner the noise would be louder/ change pitch.Any suggestions?
