No A/C controls
Last night as i was trying to put my nexus back into my TL after having fixed something on it, something happened which either blew a fuse or the climate control module and now there are no lights on the buttons around the navi nor do they work. The display above the center vents is also off. The nav screen also does not come on. I tried the fuses in the driver side panel but did not find any blown fuses. Checked the engine compartment fuses as well tried swapping the ac black relay fuses around and that didn't help either. Fan is blowing at full speed at defrost setting. The outside temp just shows ---
Gave up last night thinking its the climate control module from some of the threads i found but this morning some more weird stuff started to happen which makes me think it some fuse. The trip computer and trip a and b reset when i turn the car off and back on. when i got to work and tried to lock the doors with the keyfob nothing happens. tried the door lock switch and still nothing. There could be more stuff i haven't came across yet. I am at work now so cant do much till i get off work. If this has happened to anyone or someone has a clue as to what it could be i would greatly appreciate the help.

Did you happen to unplug that battery while working behind there?
You may have just done something as simple as leave somet things unplugged, the alternative being you may have shorted something :X

That was my mistake man. I got too comfortable doing this stuff and did not remove the battery cable. I am sure i have shorted something now the question is which fuses to look for if that or which module could have fried.
Wow not a single suggestion from anyone. Anyways everything is working again. The initial search pretty much pointed to CCM being the culprit and all the fuses i checked that could remotely be associated with heating and cooling were fine. Turns out it was fuse # 7 labeled Back Up on the fuse box. Even that fuse on the first look didn't seem like it was blown but replacing it resolved the issue. So if this happens to you, before you freak out and think you have to buy the CCM try fuse # 7
