New Tranny Probs???

New Tranny Probs???
Driving to work today the car wouldn't shift into 3rd.
I shifted into SportShift but still couldn't get it to 3rd.
Stopped and try to shift into 3rd, no luck
Had to shift into N then back to D to get the tranny to shift into 3rd.
Anybody else have this issue?
The last time I was at the dealer I told them that once I couldn't get it into SportShift Mode, but they couldn't recreate the situation, so I let it go.
