New O2 (oxygen) sensor not working properly?

In my 2005 TL 6MT with 144K miles, I went ahead and had a shop replace the 3 other O2 sensors (Bank 2, Sensor 1....Bank 2 Sensor 2...Bank 1 Sensor 2) after I previously had the Bank 1, Sensor 1 (closest to the firewall) replaced when it was throwing a code. (NOTE: upon replacing this sensor, the MPG reported by my car went up considerably)
Replacing the other 3 sensors was based on lots of reading on these Forums on when people were changing theirs out and how, over time, O2 sensors can "get lazy". Anyway, that's a done deal.
I plugged in my Autel OBD tool as part of my periodic maintenance and although there were NO CODES that popped up, the OBD showed that Bank 2 Sensor 1 was listed as "Monitor INC" which meant that the "test" wasn't complete at that sensor. I don't know what that means exactly.
And the MPG on my onboard computer are a bit lower now. So I'm not sure if the other sensors, esp. Bank 2, Sensor 1 take more time to "break in", it was installed incorrectly, it's faulty, or whatever else.
Any thoughts?

Yes sir....OEM, genuine HONDA parts. I read that was the way to go with O2 sensors across multiple posts.

You could have also gone with Denso O2 sensors from rockauto. Same exact OEM parts without the Honda name on the package, and WITHOUT the OEM price!

Kay, just making sure they're not Bosch ones..

Just keep driving, it may just need some time to set the readiness.

Yes non-OEM can be cheaper

I agree. There were various non-OEM options out there. But after reading various posts on O2 sensors and feeling that the costs were within reason for me to go OEM, I went that route. The only things I think I haven't used on my car that are OEM are the cabin filter, oil filter (sometimes), and instrumentation panel bulbs (went LED instead). Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

More driving needed

ThoiBoi- I think you're right. After doing more research today on the various readings on an Autel OBD Tool, I found this: "“INC” -- Indicates that the testing of a particular monitor being tested is incomplete. Additional driving is needed." I also read that if there are no error codes then the sensors should be functioning normally. So the next question I have and need to understand is how much more "additional driving" is needed to satisfy the testing requirements? Anyone know?
incomplete. Additional driving is needed.

Different models have different learning intervals. Saw a Land Rover take 150 miles to adjust, a Nissan Maxima @ 15 minutes driving.

If still having a problem, switch the 2 upper sensors if the leads are long enough and give it a try.

thank you...I'll keep that info handy. I don't think I've done a full tank of gas worth of driving yet on this sensor. I'll update the post one I see it resolves and report on miles traveled.

How long does it take for the car's computer to learn driving habits/pattern?

Related to a previous post of mine but a different, more narrowed question. Does anyone know how long it takes for a 3rd Generation TLs ECU/computer to learn one's driving habits/patterns? Why I ask: I had a new O2 sensor installed (Bank 2, Sensor 1...closest to the front bumper) about 2 weeks ago and I've probably driven 200 miles since. There are NO error codes but when I plugged in my Autel OBD tool and looked at the other readings, there is a "Monitor INC" message that corresponds to this sensor. Autel's manual states that "“Monitor INC” -- Indicates that the testing of a particular monitor being tested is incomplete. Additional driving is needed." So I'm just trying to get an idea of how long that would take...is that a distance thing or a time thing (e.g. 1 month). I've also read that if there are no error codes the sensor is likely to be functioning properly. Side note: the O2 sensor is the genuine Honda part.

well, if you are that worried....turn it off and turn it back on again. (pull battery terminal for a few secs.)
now, you have a base line of 200 miles with sensor saying INC...
drive 200 additional miles and see!

Yes I already thought of that and did that already...but No, I'm actually not "worried". I'm just asking the question to see if others have that info and I'll have some additional data points if that time/mileage passes with my car..
