07 TL Type S p0301 p0344 codes at high rev

07 TL type S 122000 miles
I got 4 codes on the way home today:
p0300 - general misfire
p0301 - misfire #1
p0302 - misfire # 2
and p0344 - camshaft position sensor A intermittent interuption
I was high on the RPM's passing some Neon, that was braking at a green light, getting high.
A little back story, I replaced the timing belt, plus a lot of other belts and hoses. The timing belt lasted 6 minutes before it stripped out about 4 inches of teeth. This bent a few rods, so I bought another used motor. J35A8 out of an RL with 100k miles. I put all my new parts on it including new timing belt and it has been running great for a month. 2000 miles or so later and I get these codes on the way home today.

Any Ideas or thought are appreciated.
I'm going to go clear the codes now and see what happens.
Ill update tomorrow.

Define "high on the RPMs"..

Was this during a downshift or was it a result of WOT?

Update

I cleared the codes and nothing came back.
I discovered that by battery hold down - not factory- is missing, so I'm hoping that I had an electrical hiccup.

Yes, I was at about 30, stepped on it and it down shifted and the rpm went onto the 5's.
