3G TL-S ABS Issues

After doing some suspension work, I had to break off my RF ABS sensor because I didn't realize you can simply unplug it from the harness. I learned my lesson and removed the sensor from the harness properly on the LF side.

After completing the work, and replacing the broken sensor with an OEM one, I notice the ABS/VSA(!)/BRAKE light are all on. My first thought was the ABS sensor is bad, so I get it replaced for another OEM one, but there's no difference. I then decide to buy a cheap ABS code scanner (Innova), and it gave me code 21 and 22 which are for Open Sensor RF and Missing Sensor RF. I've been searching around everywhere, and people say as long as your ABS sensor is fine this can mean something got messed up on the harness side of things. No other corner does this, and it consistently shows the codes not even 30 seconds of driving after resetting them.

If this is a harness issue around the plug where the ABS sensor goes into, how would I go about solving this? I debated replacing the plug and crimping/soldering them together to create a new connection, but if you look in there, I don't feel confident there is enough room to do that kind of work. Has anyone had to splice into their harness after a corroded/broken wiring causing an open sensor fault in the ABS system?

IIRC, You'll need someone with a Hondata ( a dealer but not necessarily a dealer) to reset the ABS code? Someone else more knowledgeable can chime in.

I read the method for jumping pins 4 and 9 and going through the sequence is practically the same thing to clear the DTC codes. Is this not the case on our cars?

I've done it multiple times already and it keeps coming back. If I keep the car at low speeds and try to brake, the pedal has a nasty vibration to it. It's all leading to the RF sensor, but it's a new OEM one so I figure it may be a harness issue or something else.

Took it to Brakes Plus to do the $85 diagnostic, they said half the magnetic ring on the bearing that the sensor reads is torn. Gonna replace it pretty soon and it should be good.

I know I'm pretty much talking to myself at this point, but I got the new bearing in and all the lights are off.

If anyone has symptoms like I did, there's a 99% chance it's just a wheel bearing magnetic strip being dirty/broken.
