Hey everyone, just bought a 2006 TL two weeks ago and am learning the ins and outs of the car.
Its a 6 speed manual 3.2 and i love it so far!
I have one problem and am not sure where to post it and cant find ANYWHERE! but it is the interior driver and passenger door map pocket (the one that opens at the bottom of the door) leather cover part and want to know how to glue it back on. It has fallen off and came like that when I bought the car.. I attached pictures of my car as well.

Already bought Tein basic coilovers,debadged, and did a few little touch ups like painted grill etc and detailed the crap out of the paint because OCD with cars.
Plan to do full 10% tint this week, and buy aspec front lip and other little stuff.

 

Leather cover part? The lower movable door pockets are usually just hard plastic.

You'll love the 6 speed in the snow. get some winter tires too so you can slow down.

 

This is just a picture off the internet because Im not near my car right now but It is that circled piece that fell off. the pocket itself opens fine and works but the cover to it which is leather fell off. Is there replacement pockets for sale? or do i have to buy an entire door panel.

 

I have not seen any replacements other than a new/used door panel replacement.

 

Still perplexed by it being "leather"?? Are the lighter colors different than black? Or maybe an aftermarket thing? I know my '05 black interior is just a plastic panel.
