Need an rear 3rd Gen head

Had a plug blow out of the head and need a new one asap j32a3 rear head stranded 1200 miles from home....

most of the time it can be helicoiled. need to find a mechanic that knows his stuff and that can scope the cylinder for debris. ~$300-$500 later you should be good to go.

It had been loose a while... And wallowed it out to where I can't even get an insert welded inn..... So I have to replace it and no one wants to sell just an head lol
