Should a new TL require body shop work in order to look "new"? I posted about this before, so sorry for the repeat, but I am going back to the dealer today and want some thoughts before I speak with the GM. My car has a misaligned trunk that the dealer said would need to be fixed by a body shop because they can't get it to sit properly. The car also had a misaligned door, which they fixed, as well as a couple of rattles, which they are trying to fix. Should I demand a new, rattle free TL that is properly put together and needs no body shop work to look like it should? The car only has 160 miles on it.

because of all of these threads showing concern, i think you should ask them for a new car. A new car shouldn't have these imperfections, but they do happen.
