I have an 06 Acura TL base auto navi... im having soo many issues and im almost bout ready to sell it but i dont want to reason being is im going to give it too my moms but dont wanna give her it messed up it has 190k ive done everything ive possible can from all oem honda parts waterpump, hydro tensioner, pulley thing, spark plugs twice smh:/, coil packs, timing belt, serpentine also... thermestat ... always changed oil with mobile one ep and trannsmission with acura fuilds and coolant also

But im having a weird start up like it turns and doesnt wanna turn over but after it does and has a bad start im guessing its an emissions or something else ive given up and anything would help
Check engine light pulls p0300 multi misfire and also 3 valve codes think was 301 303 305 but like stated i did do the valve adjustment
Car has a awkawd smell from exhaust and im losing coolant but no leaks ive changed the heater core valve where it was leaking but im lost should just fix her shes cherry still

It went out not so long ago i took it to them the said was the sylenoid and then replaced it but same unit put it on the machine and said its good now so idk...

 

sounds like your cat is going out too.. Maybe the backpressure of the cat clogged is making it hard to start the car.

yeah... in socal, probably stay away from that. Just put WTB for a cat in the Black Market. I'm sure people have some lying around from when they switched

I would figure out WHY shes throwing the multiple misfires...

so, then ISOLATE the two.

change the starter and go from there

 

clogged cat sometimes results in misfires too can't it?


awkward smell from exhaust led me to cat. loosing coolant sounds like head gasket is going.. is your oil milky?

 

which leads me to believe everything not cherry.
