Need help removing rear cup holder

Need help removing rear cup holder
So I've looked at all the threads for a solution on this and i can't figure it out. Some said there are 2 screws but I don't know where those are and another on had picture and said push down 2 clips and pull it out but there is a third clip holding it in. Does anyone have any picture or can explain what I'm not doing right?

I think that's for the front cupholders, between the front seats.
Totally misread the title!
