I had that problem, before I replaced both HID bulbs with Osram Xenarc 66240 CBIs, problem gone afterwards.

Was it the same way before you put in the new bulbs?

Could check a few things .. is that lens fogging? Clean ground connections?

If its fogging get some dessicant packs and throw a big one inside of each of the headlights by the ignitors. Then after re-sealing the headlight you can pop off the turn signal connector and the connector for power going in for the ignitor and blow hot air from a heat gun or blow dryer through the headlight then re-seal the connectors.

Cheap bulbs have inferior quality control so it's hard to know if you get two of the same batch. Try flipping the two bulbs from left to right to see if it is indeed the bulb and not the ballast overfiring on the right side. Then go to DDM and ask for a new set. Then realize you should have gone to TheRetrofitSource and get some quality products to begin with Their XB35 bulbs are affordable and great quality.

Are the headlights aimed properly/equally? Maybe it's an alignment issue (of the headlights), and not due to the bulbs or igniter.

It probably wasn't fully seated in the bulb holder. If you look at your drivers side cut off, you can see it flares upwards a little bit along the left side.

that is the correct output, the zkwr lenses create a more pronounced and sharper cutoff
