working on my trans swap needed to remove my exhaust j pipe but due to all this rust it appears I'm gonna have to delay this for a few days how do I get this J pipe off will I need a new one?
bolt and nut in the second pic came completely off the first pic and the bolt still on there is stripped and you see the third one don't know how to tackle that all bolts are stripped and rusted to hell the liquid on there is pb blaster tips?
Yup, mine looks the same lol. Thought about getting a J-pipe until I saw the rust.
Just as Joecop67 said, heat it with a torch. PB does help, but only to an extent. If sockets don't fit. Move to a different size and hammer it in there.
Best of luck

Can I use impact tools or just stick to a basic breaker? And maybe a wrench
Where would I be cutting it from on the third pic? And you want me to cut from where the header is as well?
I would torch it first and attempt to remove with a breaker bar or impact. If that doesn't work, I would attempt to cut the nut off the bolt in both areas and/or drill it out.
If you still have patience left you can take a Dremel with a wire brush and try to knock off enough rust to get the breaker bar seated correctly. Add a length of tube and crank that baby until something happens. Either it gives or it snaps and if you're at the point of cutting might as well try it. One time I had success by hammering a socket onto it. I've also gotten screwed to the point of drilling it out, so you are not alone in your pain.
My bolts are the same. Except I gotnit with an impact and likely stripped them. I will likely be cutting the bolts ends at some point. I just wanted my J-Pipe installed
Mine looked like that, I ended up dropping the j-pipe and the whole exhaust. Once it was on the floor I was able to use a cutting wheel to cut the rusted nuts off the 3rd cat side that connects to the exhaust. PITA to remove the whole entire thing on the floor since its quite heavy, but with the help of some spare jack stands it wasn't too bad. Once it was on the floor cutting the rusted bolts was pretty easy if you have access to a cutting wheel, torch or even a dremel with metal cutting disc.
