Need Help Identifying Part + Vibration at Idle

Hey All,

So, once again, I am in need of some parts that have failed on my car.

I am fairly sure this is a sub-frame bushing. I am looking for a part number (quickly), so I can place an order tonight and hopefully have some parts for this weekend.

Pictures of part in question:

I am a little concerned that the metal part (I think it was metal) on top looks like it has been bent fairly badly. I am wondering if replacing this could be a hassle.

I am thinking this may also be playing some role in my car vibrating a lot at idle.

My main guess is that my rear, lower transmission mount is completely torn in half. I got in with a pry bar and had no issues just moving the transmission around. I am going to order the two lower mounts. While I'm replacing those, I want to look at replacing the part above as well.

Other useful info:
  • I have had my front and side engine mounts replaced at 100k before purchasing the vehicle.
  • The top tranny mount I replaced 2 weeks ago.
  • Lower compliance bushings replaced about a month ago
  • Vibration at idle has gotten worse after replacing the compliance bushings and tranny mount, making me think each bad mount/bushing I have replaced keeps magnifying the other ones that are bad.
  • Stabilizer bar bushing on drivers side is also bad
  • Car shakes through steering wheel and floor at speeds of about 70+
  • I cured my low speed (20-25MPH) shuddering by raising the coilovers slightly in the front.

Oh man, thanks so much again!

Not sure I would have ever thought to look at the "Front Beam - Rear Beam" section. I don't understand how some of these parts are categorized. All the parts have "sub-frame" in the name, why did they not name the category "Sub-Frame?!"
