Need help with Cloudy Fog Lens

So after installing HID fogs on my 07 Type-S, I noticed that the passenger fog lens is cloudy. 99% sure it wasnt like that before the install. I tried removing the bulb for a little bit today, as well as blowing a hair dryer in there to try to dry it out, but no luck. The cloudiness is just on the top half. This is what it looks like:

Anyone else had this issue before, or know what to do to fix it?

Thanks.

I've heard of that stuff before, never used it though. How sure are you that that is what the problem is? I do know that the lense has looked like that the entire time and not gone away and come back. Would that indicate that it is not moisture?

You said yourself that it's dry... so it's not moisture.

Use that kit on it.. it works well.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I just ordered the PlastX from Amazon for $6. Going to try this first. If I don't get the results I'm looking for, I'll order the 3M kit next. Figured I would start with the cheaper option.

I have another fog light question too:

With my HID kit from HIDExtra installed, I noticed that if I leave the fog lights in the on position when I'm getting out of the car, when I get back in next time, the fog lights don't come on, even tho the switch is turned on. When I turn them off and on again, then they work. Has anyone else seen this?

are you using a harness? the fogs might not have enough power in the begining to power everything AND the HIDs at once so it might not turn on ..

I'm not because the info I found before I ordered them seemed to indicate it wasn't necessary. But it sounds like as I search more, the relay fixes many issues.

Anyone know the best place to get one quick? Or does it have to be from where I got the fogs? Finally, is it quick and easy to install? Sorry for all the questions, i just don't know much about relay harnesses.

Also, i just got a 15 amp fuse that I will put in today. Not sure if it will help my issues or not, but I read that it's a good idea to do as well.
