Need help with 04 TL w/100,000 miles

I have a 6MT TL with almost 100,000 miles. My car has never been the same since it was wrecked. My clutch started slipping around 60,000 miles so I replaced the clutch. When I received my car from the shop my 3rd gear started grinding. My 4th gear will grind sometimes but not most of the time. My clutch feels nothing like when I first purchased the car. It makes a spongy sound when I press the pedal in. It also seems like the clutch loses pressure some times. It would be easy to press then be hard to press at times.

Sometimes when I make a sharp corner the car will delay like something that moves the car is binding up. Its not like a ticking noise from a cv axle..

I also just replaced the driver side cv axle because it went bad.

My car pulls to the right when I accelerate. I put new tires on the car and got a alignment. The shop said my tow was slightly off but really did not need a alignment. He said it seems like i'm having a torque steer problem.. maybe something is binding up? He said it could possibly be a motor mount issue but was not positive.

If you guys can help me out I would appreciate it

3rd Gear problem.. try GM Synchromesh.

Torque Steer problem.. try not to hammer the throttle. The only other thing I suggest is getting the passenger side driveshaft inspected. It's recommended to replace both sides so when you replaced your driver side you should have replaced your passenger side driveshaft as well.. and if you were unaware the TL is notorious for torque steer but if you just started recently seeing it.. I would definitely inspect your CV boots and listen to it for symptoms of failure.

Alright, thanks for the tip.... I'm fully aware of the torque steer when I first purchased the car this is a new problem. I will check that out and let you know how it goes.
