Navigation

i just got my 05 TL with out a navigation. Now I want to know if i can install an after market Navigation system in it and what would happen to my climate control if i do try to get one?

i don't really know the details but i've heard of it being done - climate controls should be just fine - integrated into the new navi console.

get a handheld-windshield mounted
they are better faster and smarter than other units-
you want to be able to plug into the internet for latest updates on roads

or get a new radio with nav unit and replace the stock radio

i want to mount it in to my car it looks better and i want to play dvd in it the thing is i cant find anyone that make a bracket for a navi for my 05 TL the only why i can do it if i get a tl with navi and take the whold system

I can't stand the windshield mounted ones. I hate the clutter.

In my old CL typeS I had a Pioneer AVIC-D2, with a video wire harness that could play movies from my video Ipod.

That was a pretty cool setup, I wish I could do that with my current car through the factory nav.
