NAVI DVD System eating my discs!!!
Got a major problem, my 2007 NAVI DVD drive in the trunk has destroyed 2 DVD's. The drive is literally guoging the disc near the edge and rendering it unreadable. Thankfully, the 2nd one was a backup copy but my factory original disc is destroyed.
Anyone ever heard of this problem? Something obviously inside the drive has gotten damaged and causing these very deep grooves on the disc.
I'm at 55K and out of warranty so any ideas or suggestions for getting fixed would be welcomed.

There is a TSB out on it, check the TSB section of the 3G garage.
