One of my illuminated door sills went out in my car. I've had them for about 2 years with no problems until now. Has anybody else had this problem? If so how did you fix it?

you say its just one, but have you checked the front or the rear (opposite of whichever one) isnt working? if the 2 aren't working then its a bad connection. if its just one of the sills, then its the transformer (the little black boxes you installed), if this is the case do as msala said and contact supercomputers he may be able to get you a new one

Happened to me twice. Most usually it's a loose wire, check that first. You can disconnect the power and test independently with a 12V source. If it still doesn't work it is either the transformer or the element itself. You can check by taking a transformer from another sill and narrowing down the cause further.

Supercomputers doesn't sell the sill I don't think. I think he gave the rights to another vendor on AZine, but ask that person I am sure they will hook you up with parts. Otherwise search for a vendor of any similar type of sill for another car and ask them for parts.

Thanks for the advice. I will try checking the transformers first, before contacting Supercomputer.
